For these blueberry pie bars, I started with the idea of a cornmeal crust and topping. But I *really* wanted to do a lattice top because I care about things like that. The cornmeal made the dough a bad candidate for the rolling, cutting and manhandling that lattice requires. Therefore, that ingredient left the chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
